The idea came from Dennis Williams--a self-proclaimed misanthropic, atheistic, drug-addled idiot (s)avant-gardist--whose all-inclusive inquisitiveness prompted the perverse curiosity to hear old favorites from a totally re-creative point-of-view. A kitchen sink cut-and-paste approach, allowing Beethovenian eccentricities as an excuse to make a hip-hop record.
